Thank you so much to the Centre for Policy Studies for inviting me to speak on a panel at their recent Margaret Thatcher Conference, focusing on opportunity.
I talked about what we can do to help people and families live the kind of lives they aspire to in the UK, what a housing system that works for all generations look like, and the role of corporations in improving social mobility.
I spoke alongside: Rob Boughton, CEO - Thakeham Group, Stuart Haire, Group CEO - Skipton Building Society, Sophie Hulm, CEO - Progress Together, Szu Ping Chan, Economics Editor - The Telegraph (Chair).
